Obviously in the current situation it isn’t business as normal, but like every other company we have to adapt to the ever-changing situation, so in this respect we will still be very much open for business, but for everyone safety we are going to have to close the shop to customers.

Of course a new sofa, dining suite or other large purchase might not be the first thing on your mind right now, but for some you will still want to progress room or house makeover. So we’re here to help make that happen, and have put in place a range of measures to protect everyone involved in the process. 

Visiting Riverside Interiors 

We will be closed to the general public, but offering a private appointment service. This means that you, or you and your partner, would be the only people in the shop at that time other than the sales member.

We will keep  a sensible distance from you and won’t shake hands, we will give you the opportunity to wash your hands or use a hand sanitiser.

All the surfaces and door handles etc. will be kept clean and sanitised and this will all help to ensure that you’ll be able to relax and take all the time you need to look through sofa, dining  suites, etc. 

Smaller Purchases

Perhaps you have an important birthday or wedding present to purchase and for those occasions we can help you with virtual shopping. Using FaceTime, Skype, Zoom or other similar technologies, we can show you around the shop at particular products you may like.

Once you have made your decision we can then hand deliver your product to the recipient ensuring both the item and our delivery staff have sanitised everything before being dispatched. We will deliver to the recipient doorstep and step back to ensure we keep a safe distance.  This is a great way of doing things and also saves you the time of having to come back to the showroom and will allow you to send gifts to others you love during this difficult time.

Orders

Currently all our orders for furniture are still on plan and our suppliers have confirmed they will be delivering as normal and in line  with any Government announcements and restrictions. Some orders may be delayed longer than normal and in the current situation these delays are out of our hands. We do ask you to bear with us and we will ensure you get those orders you want and desire.

Overall we are here to help through these tricky times and hope to return to our normal friendly service in due course. We will have to reduce our staffing levels to protect our employees and their families. We, Carl & Anne will always be here and we will try our utmost to help where we can.
